Campbell said Tuesday that he does not regard his research as politically motivated. "I don't have a particular dog in this or any other political fight," he said.
I call BS on this one. :bs:

I find it difficult to believe too. Especially considering the impact the Tea Party had on the 2010 elections. Also, the regressives would not be calling Tea Partiers 'terrorists' or 'tea partiers' if the Tea Party had no influence.

I guess it's a good thing for the TEA Party folks that they aren't interested in doing the POPULAR thing, so much as they are doing the RIGHT thing. As the old adage goes, those two are rarely the same thing.

I didn't know it was a popularity contest.

What a stupid survey.
In other news, apples and bananas are more popular than root canals and enemas.

The DUmmies like using bananas for enemas.

It's kind of hard to get most people to like atheists when you don't have the average person (like me) as the image of an atheist. Instead you get the public image of people trying to stop memorials and stuff.
I also doubt the results of this, nothing I've read anywhere would indicate it's true.

I had an atheist on my friend's list on Facebook. He was so disrespectful to Christians. No other religion. I got so sick and tired of his antics, I deleted him. Blocking was not enough.

Does this mean we can state minority status and get lots of cool laws that favor us?

Means we should be able to claim offense at the slightest disagreement with our point of view, and demand all those who disagree bend over and kiss our asses to make us happy again.
Hey; it works for CAIR and la Raza...

I've spent more time than I should have (years) talking and debating with atheists on the interwebs. Virtually all of them have no sense of logic, and score debates based on who can be the most offensive. It's no surprise that atheism and liberalism make great bedfellows.

In reality, obastard's less popular than any of them.
