Looks like the media has gone totally NUTS

I've seen many articles tonight questioning Pawlenty's 'future',
example: http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/08/13/questio... /

some have even said that this is the 'end of Pawlenty's run'.

This all seems a bit crazy to me since he came in THIRD place and NO ONE is questioning the future of the other GOPers that came in 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th.

2011 Straw Poll Full Results (Votes, %)
1. Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (4823, 28.55%)
2. Congressman Ron Paul (4671, 27.65%)
3. Governor Tim Pawlenty (2293, 13.57%)
4. Senator Rick Santorum (1657, 9.81%)
5. Herman Cain(1456, 8.62%)
6. Governor Rick Perry (718, 3.62%) write-in
7. Governor Mitt Romney (567, 3.36%)
8. Speaker Newt Gingrich (385, 2.28%)
9. Governor Jon Huntsman (69, 0.41%)
10. Congressman Thad McCotter (35, 0.21%)
Scattering (162, 0.96 %) Includes all those receiving votes at less than one-percent that were not on the ballot.

Sarah Palin got ZERO votes in the Ames Straw Poll - so I guess that means 'good riddance' to her ;) But isn't it curious that NONE of the TV networks have said that about Palin?

Hey Einstein, Palin isn't running. Keep telling yourself she is toast and irrelevant, just like you do with the Tea Party.

8. Rick Perry did NOT participate in the event but folks wrote him in on the ballots.

I think that this speaks volumes to the fact that folks have given up on a Palin run ;)

Rick Perry has said he is running, Palin has not. if you can't figure out the difference, then you show why we call you DUmmies.

Some DUmbass about a year ago stated that Palin's approval numbers were around 30% and falling.  I asked him since she doesn't hold/isn't running for any office, just what does this mean?

Still no answer.   :lmao:

He quit this morning.  Announced it on "This Week" on ABC.  And I'll question the future of someone who finished AHEAD of T-Paw...that of Dr. Nutz.
