I've seen several threads where they talk about a GOP sweep, controlling both houses of congress and the presidency...
Is this Moles at work...?
or
Are they actually learning something?
Is the tsunami of 2012 so big and inevitable that even the island is beginning to perceive the signs?

I doubt they are moles, sir.
Reality is now slapping them in the face.
The swing voters of years ago that were terrified with being branded "racist", are no longer afraid.
-
It's the mysterious PTB that will make it all happen.
-
That may be the case -
They are far more concerned in tearing down the GOP candidate than building up their own... Their campaign slogan seems to boil down to 'At least I'm not as bad as X' - which is not the way to run for reelection.
Thankfully, Obama doesn't seem to have the decency to step aside for the good of his party.

That thought had not crossed my mind as yet.
The more I see over there, the more I think you're right.
No pun intended.

President 0bama has a disadvantage that candidate 0bama didn't have, and that is a record. In 2008 he had a 5 minute Senate Career where he voted "present"more often than not. In 2012 he will have a 4 year record as President where he also voted "present" through most of it. This time however his speeches and catch phrases are not going to work. The DUmmies know this and are scared shitless.

Indeed - a normal reelection campaign should highlight everything accomplished - and preview whats to come. If the USSC guts Obamacare, rendering it impossible to do - The President will have most of the foundation of his campaign destroyed.
Sure, he has done a few minor things here and there - But nothing of any substance to show for all of the wasted time & money spent. The media calls the lower court's decision a 'setback' -- As is having a wrecking ball tear through one's newly built home a 'setback' on one's move-in date.
-
I can hear his concession speech now, "It's Bush's fault."

I don't even want to think about the hunderds of billions invloved there.
If you can't tote your own guys accomplishments, fabricate lies to discount the opponent.
How many times have we seen this happen?
Sad thing is, some folks believe the lies.
Johnny, I saw what you did. :rotf:

That fits much better.

The earthquake that preceded the tsunami of 2010 struck the day that Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE) capitulated to the Party and voted against his constituents. The earthquake that is heralding the Great Tsunami of 2012 struck at 8 PM on August 5th, 2011, when S&P downgraded the US credit rating. When Moody's and Fitch's do the same, and S&P downgrades the US further, those will be destructive aftershocks to 8/5/11. The Obamessiah lost the election at that moment--8PM, August 5th, 2011.

They are taking the counsel of their fears, and attempting to gain attention by projecting them for the other DUmmies to stare at in awe of the horror. They don't so much really believe it will happen, as they seek to bask in the attention of their fellow idiots.

I don't know about a tsunami, but the winds are starting pick up from the approaching hurricane.
Looks like a Cat V, on steroids.

With the media helping out you can't discount the fact that he can still win. After watching the movie "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" last night the quote "When the legend becomes fact , print the legend" fits all to well into the mainstream medias ethic's you can't just let things lie where they may. We have to fight for it all or lose everything.
-
The proclivity of many liberals to be disappointed in everything will also play into weaker support for Dem candidates. They are not satisfied with the results of their recent strong positions in the white house and congress.
-
I hope not - the sense of despair is so much fun to watch after they lose badly, all the more so when it's unexpected (by the DUmmies).

...not to mention that nobody's paying attention yet. And don't discount the full-on character assault on whomever gets the GOP nomination. This isn't a gimme.
