'I can't put my hands behind my back because I'm making a bowel movement'
August 10, 2011 11:39 AM
DESTIN - A man was busted by the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office for trespassing and resisting arrest after a late July incident at Clement E. Taylor Park.
On July 24 a deputy spotted the man at the park, despite the man having been told not to go there anymore due to previous violations. The deputy warned the man he was trespassing and tried to place him under arrest.
The man was told to turn around and put his hands behind his back. The man refused, and when the deputy tried to grab his arm to place it in the small of his back, the man pulled his arm away.
The deputy then removed his Taser and pointed it at the man, ordering him to put his hands behind his back. The man said, "I can't put my hands behind my back because I'm making a bowel movement."
The deputy wrote in his arrest report: "(The man) then turned around, placed both hands behind his back, inserted his left hand into his shorts, and then removed it. After (the man) removed his hand from his shorts, he displayed it briefly and I noticed he had fecal material on it."
Poop - uhhh - proof positive?

That cop should be commended for doing his doody.
Jeez, I hope the cops wrapped the guy's hands up in a plastic bag before they stuffed him in the cruiser. I wonder if the perp's nickname is Mr. Hanky......
