Title: Grading the Obama Presidency
Post by: notaDUmmie on July 31, 2011, 10:00:14 AM
Note the post insinuating Obama is a Republican...wonder if that is a TS worthy offense?

Come on DUmmies. Be honest. You'd give him an F because he's not destroying the country fast enough for you.

I see that D is the most popular response in the DUmmie poll.  Don't sweat it Obama, like John Kerry told his dad that D stands for Distinction.

There was a time when all of these bad graders would get tombstoned. But, as DU turns against Obama as being 'too far right', Skins is left with a quandary ;

Tombstone most of DU, losing his cash-cow in the process.
Let DU devolve officially into Socialist Underground.

He has tried the first before on a few occasions - most recently When he cut off the Hillbots after the Democratic primary - and of course the Big Gay Purge. The net result seems to have turned the remaining DU even further left, while reducing DU's cashflow.

The second option would make a large percentage of the current primitives happy, but the DNC would be less than pleased.

- Of course, there is a third option - but that would make the primitives very unhappy.

That being to relax the Tombstoning policy to only hit those who are there to disrupt. By putting up a small list of bannable offenses, DU would grow again, and turn much more toward DNC/middle of the road Democrats. I'd even suggest allowing conservatives to post openly, provided their mission isn't to disrupt for disruption's sake. DU would no longer be viewed as a monkey house and/or laughingstock - allowing membership (as well as donations) to grow.

But that will never happen.

Despite the rest of the country feeling like he's earned a low D in Civil Government and Econ, but being willing to give him a C if it means he'll move and get out of his current classroom, the DUers apparently think he's taking "Trotsky and the Red Terror" and not doing well in the lab.

I see that D is the most popular response in the DUmmie poll.  Don't sweat it Obama, like John Kerry told his dad that D stands for Distinction.

Sometime late in the administration of the Incompetent One (1977-1981), he was asked about his then-current ratings in the polls, where very few had graded him as "good," and the biggest plurality had rated him as only "fair."

The Incompetent One tried to spin it in what was apparently a regional southern meaning for the word, "not bad," but obviously it didn't wash.

He didn't just cave...he freely & gladly gave it to them as a thank you for large contributions to his presidential campaign. In the case of banks he forced it on them. The man is the epitome of crony capitalism.
