One of the best pieces of advice for those who want to get personal finances under control is that it is easier to cut expenses than to increase income. There is no possible way that the federal budget is entirely composed to essential expenses, and I'm sure I could do a simple Google search and find lists of ways that the government is wasting money. However, rather than reining in spending, the Democrats, and especially the DUmmies, are focused on grabbing more money from the wealthy.
The DUmmies cries about "tax the rich corporation more" are like a woman telling her husband to get a second job while she runs the credit cards up.

I typed out a letter to send to Obama one day, but never did. Basically, I just wanted to know what we (DH & I) had done wrong...we worked hard in school, joined the military, got our degrees, got good jobs, saved for our kids' college, put a little away for retirement, etc. Basically, we did everything that we were both raised to believe was the right thing, namely, support ourselves and our kids, and planned for our futures. And now that we're finally making good money, Obama wants to take it.
So again, what did we do wrong?

Student loans? Lamond? Get outta here! No way. Being a student would be way too whitey for Lamond.
Lamond's an urban rap artist in beautiful downtown Oakland, California. Now, Oakland has approximately 4100 rap artists per square mile, and you can judge their success rate just by looking at the square miles they inhabit.
