Mom Avoids Jail But Gets Probation and Community Service After Son Killed By Driver

Raquel Nelson almost went to jail after her son was killed by a drunk driver.

Guy had been convicted of two previous hit and run accidents. He pleaded guilty to the hit and run that took A.J.'s life and served six months in jail.

Guy should of have the books thrown at him since he had a record.

That is just wrong!!

Hope the judge and prosecuter are up for re-election and they lose. Neither one deserves the position.
