I'm pretty sure the GOP offered an up or down vote and even the demonrats refused to vote for it at the time.

What the DUmbass is crying about--and what the sane electorate won't accept--is the fact that Obama was not given 5 more years of deficit spending with only vague promises to address the underlying causes.

In short: trillions more with no responsibility or consequences.
