By Rich Galen

Barack Obama may be the most surprising President in the history of the Republic. In his two-and-a-half years in office, no matter what has happened, it seems to have come as a surprise to him.

Shovel-ready projects? Unexpectedly, they didn't exist. The only shoveling that went on was shoveling about $700 billion of our tax dollars into projects that didn't help jump-start the economy way back in 2009.

Health Care? Obama was shocked when it took a whole year and passed the House by just seven votes -- at a time when Obama had a majority of 75.

Mid-term elections? He was startled when his Close-Your-Eyes-and-Swing-at-the-Piñata style of government cost his party six seats in the U.S. Senate and an astonishing 63 seats in the U.S. House.

I can't wait until he's surprised when he's given the boot from the white mosque.

SURPRISE!!! (http://www.impeachobamacampaign.com/rnc-head-demands-holder-investigate-obamas-apparent-crime/?utm_source=Floyd+Reports&utm_campaign=4fb242d0f8-WHW_07_19_20117_19_2011&utm_medium=email)

He ain't going anywhere...he's gonna declare Marshall Law and stay on for awhile...and it's all gonna be fine with the DUmmies.

If he does that, he'll really be surprised at the rioting in the streets, and the race war he will start.

Not gonna happen.  Folks said the same about Clinton and some DUmmies said the same about Bush.

Hey y'all. I was just joking about him declaring Marshall Law.

If he were to do that, he had best be deep under the white house in a bunker by himself.

I wasn't joking about him declaring martial law. Just think: No elections, no protests, nothing against him.

But that's only if our military forces would do it. I think they would not.

0bama is not a Clinton or a Bush. There really isnt any comparison.

This marxist is a one off. He is on another planet. Anything is possible with this dipstick.

Who would have guessed any President would have gotten away with the stuff he has already done in just 2 1/2 short years?

I was familiar with him before he got elected as president, and I knew that nothing was out of reach of his grubby hands, and I knew of his friends in the socialist and communist parties.

I too followed his career and circle of friends and family long before the elections. And I warned people .. including my mother - to no avail of course.

We live south of obamaville, and the blacks there and in the suburba thought he walked on water. Besides, in democrat Illinois, no one else ever has a chance.

new to this site...reading through some interesting commentary.  I'm wondering why so many conservatives hate Obama so much?  From my perspective the political "center" has moved somewhere around the 35 yard line on the conservative side, which is where I'd position the president, much more conservative than progressive.  From the conservative side he appears a moderate, centrist leaning republican...

Leave it to a liberal to mistake hate of a persons actions, for hate of the person him/her self.

That statement alone would prob make their heads swim.  :thatsright:

"Gee ... what does that mean? How does that work?"   :stoner:

Obama is the reincarnation of Ferris F. Fremont and the Unionistas are the reincarnations of the FAPpers.

You have to remember the lefties hate conservatives with a passion, so when we criticize 0bama, they think that we must be like them and hate the opposition.
Though I have to admit Harry Reid and 0bama are both pushing me towards hate by their actions.

You may want to consider popping your head out of your ass, grabbing some fresh air and sunshine, and take another look.  Nothing, and I do mean nothing, this shallow thug is doing can in any way be considered "centrist", "moderate", or "conservative".  Collectivism, seizure of manufacturing (GM/Chrysler), seizure of healthcare, increased theft of wealth from producers, and crony capitalism (Solyndra) are the traits of leftist trash seeking to turn this country from the USA to the USSA.

Your "perspective" is well out of phase with civilized and every day America.

Hi,

Wow, I sure agree with you.  There is absolutely nothing this president has done that is conservative.  Start with his commie czars and continue to count the ways.

How can one totally ignore his background, his public statements, those statements in his book, his collection of advisors and friends and say he is the least bit conservative?

It never ceases to amaze me how libs can totally and absolutely ignore the facts.  While I may not go so far as to say I hate Obama, I sure as hell dislike the lying son-of-a-bitch.

Geeeesh!

I'll go that far, and I've done so since way before he got installed as the chief pretender. I hate him for being a liar, for being an imitation and unqualified president, for what he's trying to do to my country, for the secrecy he's imposed on all of his records, and for apologizing to our enemies overseas for the United States being a "bad country." I hate him for ruining my country as an example of a good place to live. I hate him for encouraging undocumented democrats to pour across our borders and to do nothing about it. I hate him for using our military forces as a backdrop only if and only when he needs to show some imitation bullshit patriotism. I hate him for his "hidden" status as a muzzie. I hate him and his communist cronies for attacking companies in this nation because they didn't contribute to his campaign. I hate him for installing communists and extreme socialists in important government positions. I hate him for not allowing us to access our own energy resources.

Don't get me started on him grabbing control of the auto companies and the entire health insurance industry nor for him backing union thugs and the Black Panthers to steal elections.

He's a worthless sack of shit.

Astonishing commentary. Pardon me, but do you mind if I ask just what the f*ck are you smoking???
