Do only blacks eat raccoon?
I didn't know the answer to that so I googled. Nowhere did I see that there's some sort of racial preference for raccoon meat.
While searching, I came upon this article

Her diet was compared to raccoon meat.
What I can't believe is how many people can take something innocuous and create something evil from it.

Cannibalism is the practice whereby humans eat the flesh of their own species.
Last I knew, a raccoon was a whole different species, so let's not even go there with "cannibalism".
and please...prove to me that blacks do not cook their meat, and therefore the reference to live raccoon was "racist".

I suspect the DUmmies have missed the entire point of the comment.......the "first Wookie" is out there chowing down on burgers, fries, and a shake, while telling the rest of us that we have to cut down on our fast food intake, and constantly running her mouth about obesity........hypocrisy? I suspect so, but would expect little less from a Democrat elitist.
As an aside, I'm not black, and I've dined on barbecued coon for decades......it's good, if prepared correctly (perhaps it's a Missouri thing).

I've had moose steaks from a 700-pound cow moose that one of the guys in the deer camp I belong to shot (in Canada, legally). Whatever this moose was eating, I hope that all moose would eat that. Those steaks were delicious.

I actually got called out on that list where I originally posted it and had to remove it. Liberals are all about free speech when they are bashing whites, men, Christians and conservative Republicans, but don't you dare post words from the dictionary! Here's what I posted in its place:

Complainer #2: "Perhaps because "coon" and "chink" are different
than "liberal" - though perhaps not to you."
And then a private exchange between Complainer #2 and me:
Complainer #2: Which context would that be? Use by somone with a demonstrated desire
and willingness to make racial and homophobic jokes, and in fact to gay
bash, or being used merely to make the point that repugnant slurs have
differing etymologies, but when alternate definitions are listed
together a pattern emerges - one in which the words are chosen with
one common thread: all of them are highly hurtful and offensive in
other contexts?
Me: If you or anyone else is seeing offense in those words and
definitions, that's your problem, not mine. Whatever "pattern"
