Where are the jobs, Mr Boehner??
Now that we know you can tweet, like you did this last week during President Obama's first ever tweet town hall meeting, what are you doing to create jobs?
We're waiting for YOU to come through on YOUR campaign promises of last year.
Remember?
When last year, you said the 2010 mid-term elections were about jobs?
Remember that?
Well, where are they??
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x1453421
What do you mean where are the jobs? 0bama and his gang keep telling us that all kinds of jobs are being created and saved.

6. Obama did get an infrastructure bill passed, Mr ******. The GOP govs turned those projects down.
Or did you conveniently somehow forget that?
The Democrats in Congress passed a big infrastructure bill in 2009 that the Republicans in the House tried to pare down, and the Republicans in the Senate filibustered for awhile, yet after it was passed, Obama signed it into law.
Then several racist scumbag GOP governors turned down the money for those projects.
Keith Olbermann talked about it on his program.
Rachel Maddow talked about it on her program.
Ed Schultz talked about it on his program.
Chris Matthews talked about it on his program.
Lawrence O'Donnell talked about it on his program.
Cenk Uygur talked about it on his program.
Dylan Ratigan talked about it on his program.
And we talked about it here at the DU forum.
And they talked about it at the KOS blog.
For days, for weeks.
About how all the redneck, racist Governors of Wisconsin, Ohio, Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, Mississippi, Indiana, New Jersey -- how all those governors turned down infrastructure money that was passed by the Congress of the federal government that would help create those jobs in the United States.
Those shovel ready jobs, that weren't so shovel ready ha ha ha ha ha.
I love how the try to pin 0bama's failure on the GOP.

8. "Hope and Change" translates into "Strings and Mirrors". And yet, the candidate
Edited on Sun Jul-10-11 11:02 AM by Obamanaut
promised two million jobs, he got elected, and there are no jobs.
Spin away, justify as you will, the fact remains, THE JOBS NEVER CAME, now did they Mr ******.
Oh, and GITMO isn't closed yet, either.
And we are still in Iraq, we added boots on the ground in Afghanistan, we started a new non war kinetic military thingy in Libya.
Hell if Bush had done this you would be calling for his head on a platter.

12. President Obama is no longer just a candidate. He is the President of the United States of America.
Yet, that fact drives you to tears.
Closing GITMO was blocked by the Republicans, too.
But, then you knew that, didn't you?
Com' on, Mr ******, what else you got?
DADT is dead.
Lt Col. Victor Fehrenbach has 30 more duty days to put in until he retires.
He was on Rachel Maddow's program on Thursday night.
Try to spin that one, sonny!
Once again 0bama failed due to them waskly wepublicans.

10. Yes, where are the jobs? Where is the Republican
legislation or even a plan for job creation?
k&r
I wonder where the democrat's plan for jobs was from 2007 through 2010.

Slightly OT, but they are going nuts both in the GD and GD-Prez forums - multiple threads in each - boasting about how "Boehner blinked" for not going for the big deficit dear with tax hikes in it (!). Some of the saner few are pointing out that 'Blinked' is exactly what he did NOT do by walking away from it. The DUmmies are in a huge lather over it.
Sorry, I am in a rush and don't have time to bring it over in a new thread now.

I just read one of those threads a few minutes ago, I didn't bring it over though.
They are in full spin mode, hoping like hell that the debt ceiling won't be raised, so they can pin it on the waskly wepublicans.
When in fact if the ceiling isn't increased it may actually boost support for the republicans. I think most people are sick and tired of the games and bullshit from DC and want the govt to start acting like responsible adults.

If there's a default, it will damage Republicans exactly the same as the "shutdown" was blamed on Newt Gingrich, and helped re-elect Clinton.
Just like in 1995, every story about it, broadcast and print, begins with "Republicans refused...", as if they just won't agree to the reasonable democrat position.
It looks like a no-win situation for Republicans, because the muslim is in full campaign mode, and has decided class warfare is the way to assure reelection. So far, he's had full support from the news media on his millionaire/billionaire bullshit. It's all you hear, even on Fox.

Hey, that's only nine states. I thought we had 57 states? Where are the jobs?

I disagree, I believe the people have had enough and won't listen to the media spin this time.
If the Republicans stand up to 0bama, I think it will impress a lot of the voters come election time.

7. Obama should ask the Orange Man this question today in their meeting.
Right in the middle of the conversation about the budget, and where the cuts should be made, President Obama should pause, ask this question of Boehner, and then reach down for his glass of water and take a drink.
And then watch Boehner stammer like the stuttering, mumbling **** that he is.
Psssst.......
GOP: Senate stalling job creation bills
Published: July 9, 2011 at 7:46 AM
WASHINGTON, July 9 (UPI) -- U.S. Republican efforts to stimulate job creation are bottlenecked in the Democrat-controlled Senate, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., said Saturday.

The jobs all went away when it became apparent your Messiah was the presumptive Democratic candidate, and the Republicans were not putting up anyone who could beat him. The media had to announce a retroactive recession to cover for him. The economists and employers knew he would crush their ability to stay afloat, so the job bleed off began. The likes of Frank, Dodd and Waters, in bed with Fannie/Freddie collapsed the housing industry. Passing ObamaCare cemented the fact that jobs would not return.
The jobs will return, if your guy will just GTFO. We'll gladly help. We took you out in the wave of 2010. 2012 till be a tsunami.

I  Obamanaut.
Why? Isn't Obamanaut one of the idiots that think Obama's plans didn't work because he didn't move us even more left, kinda like Socialist_in_Tn would prefer?
I don't care for any of those DUmpmonkies that think Obama is operating as a fiscal conservative, and that that is why we're still f'ed. I think they're the worst of all.
-
Did he ever say that he was going to create jobs or did he claim that he was going to 'save' or create jobs.
Last I heard the Republicans 'Saved' close to 300 million jobs since they've been in the majority. See how easy that is? It works both ways. :lmao:

I  Obamanaut.
He's made some very good comments, for a DUmmy.
Even more to his credit, he was one of the hated bullies who attacked nutcase nadin and drove her to Crazy Andrea's wilderness for abandoned smug snots, for two or three days.

Where are the jobs, Mr Boehner??.... illegal aliens have them all because as long as you DUmmies can get the government freebies, you flat refuse to do those jobs.
Hungar is a great motivator.
