Tony Snow cancels speeches at EWU (Taken to Hospital)

SPOKANE -- Former White House Press Secretary Tony Snow has canceled a series of speaking engagements at Eastern Washington University because of illness.
Snow was supposed to make a series of appearances Tuesday at EWU. However, he was taken to the hospital to be treated for exhaustion, in consultation with his doctor, according to a source at the University.
The source said he checked into the hospital at 9:30 a.m.
Snow was diagnosed with colon cancer several years ago, and he left his position as press secretary for President Bush in September to deal with the disease. He has said the cancer is in remission.
This week, Snow was hired by CNN to be a conservative commentator. Before being named Press Secretary, he spent several years working at CNN rival Fox News.

I'm certainly no fan of his and I'm pissed at CNN for hiring another wingnut - but I hope you beat this Tony. This doesn't sound good.

Hate to admit it, but so many GOOD people die of cancer - I can't worry about vermin like him.

I wish them all the best, and hope that Tony beats this, so he can continue to speak on CNN, and elsewhere, and spread his SPIN and LIES for years to come. He's such a nice and decent fellow.
It's so nice that all of you can hope nothing but good health for Tony. I'm sure he wishes the exact same for you.
and yet...you can still feel the hate from Demi in SC...

I don't wish health and good things for bad people.
There are enough good, decent & honest people who suffer every day. I'll save my prayers and well wishes for them.
Do you realize how many have suffered and died because of this man's words? But that's o.k., because he's human, and we should feel sorry for him.
Like I said, I doubt he would lose sleep over anyone else's suffering, and I'm not going to lose sleep over his.

The one thing these people are good at, is sticking to their agenda. With his last breath, he'll be in SPIN mode. No repentance WHATSOEVER.

I find it hard to feel sorry for someone who has spun the
deaths of more than 4041 Americans and nearly 30,000 seriously
injured.
Who cries for them but their families.

SPINNING LIES and Backing This Administration Until His Last Breath, is much more important to him.
I'd have more respect for him if he retired and spent time with his family, but at least he has HIS priorities in order.

Honest to goodness no matter how much I disagree with any politician or public person I can`t bring myself to wish harm or illness on them.
How one can one walk through life with that much bile in their system is simply beyond me.
