Does anyone know of the exact savings of Single-Payer?
I know it would save the country tons of money each year, but I'd like to get a good estimate as to how much we would save. The United States spends 16% of its GDP on health care services which is 2.345 trillion dollars. Also, when costs would go down, where would the money go from that 2.345 trillion dollars in health spending?

How in the hell would the federal govt paying for everyone to see a doctor save money?
Must be that DUmmy math or something.
The only way I can see it working that way is the govt forcing doctors, nurses etc to have to accept payment far below market values, and instead of surgery just giving grandma a pain pill.
Even then when every DUmmy goes to the ER for every hang nail so they can score loritab costs would skyrocket.
