Wedding planners aren't the only ones riding the gay-marriage gravy train.
Lawyers, too, are expecting a bonanza -- from gay divorce.
"Other than a divorce attorney, no one goes to a wedding hoping the marriage will fail," quipped Manhattan divorce attorney Daniel Clement.
And a gay marriage is no different. Lost in the euphoria of the historic passage of New York's same-sex marriage bill is the inevitability of bitter break-ups.
There will be support claims to resolve, property to divide and custody issues to settle, as with any other divorce.

If two gay men can't plan a wedding without outside assistance, what hope is there for the rest of hummanity? :gay:

I've heard stories about gay breakups--how they tend to be much more vicious than breakups between straights.
Yeah, divorce lawyers are absolutely  at this.

hmmm.....Never thought about the lawyers. Well, they deserve them. Have fun kids. But I have a feeling this is all more of a long term temper tantrum.
Not too long ago if you asked gays about marriage they would have looked at you like you had a horn growing out of your head. But once a few people got it in their head that they were not allowed to get married because society was being mean to them because they were "different" ( in lib land different also means special if not superior ) then it became a holy cause. And once they get what they want they walk away from it like spoiled child.
I can not find the numbers anymore ( my google fu is little rusty ) but the first month after Canada got gay marriage they went from thousands of people getting married to a trickle. Of those thousands most of them were just doing it because it was novel for them and split soon after.
