And people are going to tell me that these people are totally sane, and totally right headed, huh? Sure. Read the whole article. Especially if you haven't laughed for a while. You deserve it. This little red balloon has a FACEBOOK PAGE, and a TWITTER FEED!! Are you shitting me? They put that much symbolism, and that much stead in a balloon that "resembles their fight" Their corruption? Their thuggery? If this weren't so damn funny, and sad, I'd be pissed off.

mylar leaks gases very slowly, which is why you can buy a pre-inflated mylar balloon, but have to have rubber balloons inflated at time of purchase.

I've never seen a Mylar balloon last more than a week.

There is now a very small movement to call it the "WI Hysterical Society" though. Which, suits them perfectly at this point.
