I posted it because I loved the narrator's voice.  The British Film Institute has their own YouTube channel and have these old newsreels and instructional videos.

Well, it's doubtful Mrs. Packer has such a melodious voice. :wink:

Today's tv chefs have nowhere near her knife skills.
