Title: The 2008 Election Will Be Stolen

The 2008 Election Will Be Stolen
Advertisements [?]A new collection of essays edited by Mark Crispin Miller called "Loser Take All: Election Fraud and the Subversion of Democracy, 2000 - 2008," tells the story better than any single source I've seen yet.

The Supreme Court stopped a recount in Florida in 2000 that would have made Al Gore president. This is not speculation. The recount was later done.

Numerous elections were stolen in 2002, in Colorado, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and elsewhere, including Senate, Governor, and House races in Georgia that were practically openly swiped by Diebold's elections unit president flying in at the last minute and altering the election machines. The theft of Don Siegelman's 2002 election as governor of Alabama was almost as transparent. One county reported a set of results from electronic machines that made Siegelman governor, then recalculated and reported a different set of results. The new results were statistically impossible, and the pair of reports strongly suggested exactly how the machines were rigged, first mistakenly and later as intended.

John Kerry and John Edwards won the presidential election in 2004. The evidence of specific fraud in Ohio and elsewhere is overwhelming, but so is the evidence of the exit polls. The unadjusted exit polls show Kerry and Edwards winning. When the results are "adjusted" to conform to the official results, we are asked to believe that Bush and Cheney increased their big city voters from 2.3 million in 2000 to 5.4 million in 2004, a 153 percent increase. While support for Cheney-Bush dropped off in rural areas, small towns, medium sized cities, etc., it skyrocketed in the Democratic strongholds of big cities. Let me be clear: that's the official story of what happened, not the wild conspiracy theory of ordinary people who allow themselves to be influenced by facts, logic, or memory of actual events.

...and blah blah blah blah blah...

The DUmmies are already hedging their bets for November. They realize they've shot themselves in the foot with thee Clinton /Obama meltdown and all the unsavory baggage Teh Barry is dragging behind, so they're setting up the "stolen election" meme to mewl over and rationalize for the next four years.

Yep. And then Kos will spend four years denying election fraud exists.

Sounds like a plan to me.

6. I was screaming on these boards six months--a year ago--that unless
John Edwards was nominated (Colbert gets it--the white male vote is critical this year) there would be a close enough race between either Obama or Clinton and McCain that it WOULD BE STOLEN.

You know, just a suggestion, but if after eight years you're still relying on comedians for political info, you might think about a new strategy.

25. Can anyone think of a slicker way to rig an election than for 2 right-wing Dems
to hack away at each other enlessly, with the winner setting up for a steal followed by an immediate preemptive concession? It seems perfect to me - who could prove anything?

Ain't it cool?

DUmmies can see the truth, but their minds are so twisted with hate that they misinterpret what their eyes plainly see.

Of course the statewide recount wasn't what Gore wanted, but I suppose that's a bit too close to the facts for a DUmmie's taste....

Florida in 2000 was ripe with fraud and theft all right, but it was not President Bush's team doing the fraud and stealing.  The United States Supreme Court put an end to Al Gore and the Florida Supreme court's attempt to change election laws in the middle of an election.  President Bush won fair and square.....under every microscope employed thereafter....except one convoluted "recount" which had no basis in reality.  Even The New York Times, the communist rag that would rather shut down and burn the presses than boost a Republican candidate in any way, had to admit President Bush won.

Al Gore did not win the popular vote in 2000 either.  If we discount all the manufactured votes the democrats are famous for, and add in the military votes discarded in Florida by the Gore camp, President Bush was the real winner all the way around.

Florida in 2004 was loaded for litigation bear.  The democrats had 4000 attorneys stationed in the state ready to pounce.  Then Florida wasn't even close.  President Bush steamrolled over that liberal John Kerry guy with ease.  All of the sudden, since Florida couldn't be stolen, Ohio became the last state in which to possibly steal the election for that Kerry guy.  Unfortunately for the democrats, they didn't have their cheat machine up and running in Ohio (they banked on Florida).  In the end, Ohio wasn't really a close race either.  Not nearly as close as the democrats wanted to pretend.

All the phony wring of hands and crying "election fraud!" would seem a lot more sincere if it were not the democrats who throw a hissy fit and foam at the mouth everytime common sense safeguards against fraud and cheating are suggested.  The democrats and DUmmies cannot have their cake and eat it too.

This coming November is going to be a hoot.  The democrat party is going to be exposed to the bone.

This has always confused me.

The shelves in libraries, in book stores, in professorial offices, are bulging under the weight of books about political corruption and stolen elections; there's been so much written on the subject the mind boggles.

Just tons and tons of stuff written about it.

And many of these books the past several generations (not years, generations) were researched and written by left-leaning academicians.

When the final chapter of American history is written, long after the Democrats, liberals, and primitives are pushing up daisies, I'm sure those future historians will rate the Democrat party as the most venal, the most corrupt, institution in all of American history, surpassing even the mafia and Wall Street.

There's an obvious and gaping "disconnect" with reality here, among the primitives.

Republicans, being generally popular in small places, and among ethical people, don't, and very rarely have had, the "tools" to cheat.  It's never been Republicans running those big-city political machines, where hundreds of thousands of "votes" are created out of thin air.

A Democrat ward-boss in Cleveland can create more "votes" than all those honestly cast in the Upper Great Plains States, and this really bothers me.

And I'm still pissed that a Democrat in Wisconsin got to vote eight times for Alphonse Capote Gore in 2000, and got away with it, while I in Nebraska could vote only one time for George Bush.

The primitives don't know shit about who practices dishonest politics.

meanwhile, documented and verified incidents of election fraud in StL, washington state, and wisconsin are either ignored or explained away.

It seems the primitives have already forgotten all the crooked practices ACORN was up to in Colorado, Missouri, Ohio, etc. in the 2006 Mid-Terms. You know, REAL voter fraud that is being prosecuted.

Oh but, those are only recent examples.

There's just shitloads of examples going clear back to Aaron Burr of New York, just tons and tons.

It's always struck me odd, the cavalier attitude of Democrats, about voting.  You might recall that the daughter of the multimillionaire J.P. Morgan heir in Connecticut "forgot" in August 2006 to re-register from "independent" to "Democrat" so that she could vote for her father in the Democrat primary there, against the incumbent Joseph Lieberman.

In Nebraska, in the early 1990s, we had the case of the son of a Democrat candidate for Congress being unable to vote for his father (who lost anyway, but--) because he "forgot" to register to vote.

I find something significant in this attitude, which seems to exist among Democrats only; "Oh, if something goes wrong, the nice man downtown will take care of it for me."

One wonders--or perhaps not--where this attitude comes from.

Not to mention the talking heads calling the Florida election while polls were still open in the panhandle (Central Time Zone), and that area being heavily red.

I think that a big part of the "liberal impulse" is actually hostile to democracy.  since the teeming masses are so in need
of activist government to help them in their lives, it only logically follows that they are also ignorant.

liberals are so superior, and all.   :whatever:

It comes from being in unquestioned control of the US House and Senate and most of the state houses for fifty years.  The democrats are so entrenched in their majority mindset, they still cannot bring themselves to accept the new reality.  It's been almost fifteen years, and they still won't accept the fact they are now questioned about their behavior.  It just isn't suppose to be this way.

excellent point.  there have been estimates that calling florida in 2000 before the polls closed in the panhandle cost W as many as 10,000 votes.

Remember that in November 2000, 66 of the 67 county election commissioners in Florida were Democrat; they hadn't been replaced yet, by the Republican governor, who had been around less than two years.

Nothing insidious about election commissioners not being replaced; it's usually a very-low priority item, and in fact here in Nebraska, the election commissioner for Douglas County (Omaha), if the governor and the election commissioner are of different parties, another election usually passes before the governor gets around to changing the commissioner.

Now, all these Democrat county election commissioners helped George Bush "steal" Florida?

I've always wondered what's up with that.

They had come to rely on courts all the way up to the Supreme to subvert the elective process as well.

When the Scotus didn`t deliver,it was a slap in the face and a loss of political security.
They have reacted much as one would expect small children to.....angry fits, screams of mythical cheating and denial of reality.

The election fraud in Florida started early when the MSM, including Fox News, called Florida for Gore before voting in the panhandle was complete.  I notice the DUmmies usually gloss over this as well as over Algore's attempt to cherry pick and the SCoFL's attempt to steal the election for Gore.
