Oh my.

This is the same primitive who has an ashamed 14-year-old daughter, by the way.

Just Another BS Moment in the Life of a Disabled American

In January in "quasi"-liberal Seattle I was walking my dog in an off-leash dog park. My dog has been my main companion since I became disabled 4 years ago. She was running ahead of me and someone opened a gate that led to an area where dogs are required to be on-leash. She ran out and I am not the swiftest person on two feet since becoming disabled nor is she the most obedient dog as I was in a coma at the time that I usually train my dogs to obey. Two animal control agents were in a truck hiding in the woods writing tickets, like a speed trap, to dog owners who had not leashed their dogs. I caught up to my dog but it was too late and they wrote me a ticket. I explained that I was disabled and the animal dude told me to tell it to the judge. Arbitration is offered by the municipal court and I elected to do mine by mail as it is easier than getting to the court office. I sent my letter of disability eligibility and explained what happened. The original fine was $54 and the fine was lowered to $34. I was outraged. I need every penny SSDI sends me and find it pathetic that they would still want to raise city revenues from someone whose only crime is being disabled and not moving fast enough to grab my dog. I am writing the head judge here. This is not a liberal city really, just a lot of mellow people who prefer not to deal with the realities of the greater world outside.

1. I bet they are writing tickets to generate income.

A friend of mine was just given a ticket for talking on a cell phone... But they weren't even on the cell phone. When they tried to show the cell phone history the cop said to tell it to the judge and wrote the ticket anyway.

3. i am sorry to hear about this. and yes, they are using these tickets as revenue.

i live in NY and my husband calls the cops revenue agents. I see commercials to cap the tax at 2%... brought to you by some realtor association or something.... if we refuse to raise taxes, then you will see more of this crap. and you and I will suffer it. Do you have any other recourse? maybe you could get one of the tv stations to do a story to at least make them look bad for it.

4. Considering you're on SSDI, I'm guessing you don't have the money for a Disability lawyer?

:bs:  Just admit you're too stupid and lazy to train a dog.

Stmblnrose has an excuse for everything, doesn't he?  It would appear he takes no responsibility for anything in his life.  I am sorry he is disabled but using that as an excuse for his problems as a parent and dog owner is typical of the liberal mind.

I got a $25 ticket thursday for a seat belt violation. I was putting my seat belt on as I went down main street. I was helping the Boy Scout Troop line main street with American flags. The cop saw me, made a U-turn on main street and nailed me with a ticket. I was going to plead for mercy from the manicipal judge but the democrat judge as usual wasn't in and the hired help, of which only one was in the office, didn't know when he would be in. ...Oh it was 10:30 am when I was in his office...late breakfast ... early lunch...tea time...playtime with the sexatary?

ETA: I paid the ticket and left...It costs to be a patriot. :-)

And then, all of a sudden...a dogcatcher jumped out of the bushes!
A new instant classic bouncy tale!

It's all the fault of that damn 14-year-old girl.
If she wasn't busy texting democrat congressmen, she could have caught the stupid dog.
But still,  it's the first time a dogcatcher has ever jumped out of the bushes to victimize a DUmmy.

Change of subject...how long before poor DUmmies, who can't take care of themselves but have pets, will be asking for free government healthcare for their pets?

No, DUmbass, your "crime" was not having your damn dog on a leash in an area where they are required to be leashed.  If there is a possibility your doggy will get away from you and you are too "disabled" to catch it in time, maybe you should think ahead and have the frikkin' dog on a leash at all times.  Common sense and all that follows, you know.

Nevermind,  :thatsright: , I forgot who I was talking to.  Carry on, whiner....

Not their call, DUmmy, they just write the citations.  He was right, your legal recourse is to "tell it to the judge".

Too difficult to drag your ass to the courthouse but you can still walk your dog in the park.  Interesting....

I hear Pyongyang is nice this time of year and they could use some more "minesweepers" in their workers paradise.  Maybe you could go check out their idea of "equality" and "social justice".

They use to say "Send it to Kieef." Since he got fired, they wander aimlessly in the wilderness.
