France is lagging on hamster protection and may face fines, top European court rules

PARIS - France has been hostile to its hamsters, the European Union's top court says.

The European Court of Justice says France isn't doing enough to protect the Great Hamster of Alsace. Only a few hundred of the wild animals remain in the fields of eastern France.

The whole thing is only five paragraphs long, so I'll leave it there.

Doesn't the ECJ have anything better to do?  Obviously not. ::) :thatsright: :whistling: :stoner:

Yeah, just like a bunch of DUmmies. They always get things assbackwards, putting the hamster in the wrong end...alive and  uncooked even.

Why don't they bar Richard Gere from entering the country?  That should count for something.
