Compare the threads about Sarah Palin's hubby's alleged affair(s) with the Weiner threads
Very few are the posts saying it's none of our business and it's just a private matter between a husband and wife. Concerning Weiner though, it seems we all must grow up, move on, and keep our noses out of other people's private matters.
Ouch.

2. I always say it's none of my business and it always catches flak
from the morality monitors.
Lie much?
Anyone want to spend the time proving this lie?

4. You really have no sense of proportion have you?
Since Todd Palin doesn't work, no career is being destroyed.
Since Todd Palin is a right wing separatist terrorist, we lose nothing by looking at him as the bug he is.
But Weiner does work that MATTERS TO US. We lose a great deal by making his personal choices more important than our governance.
Now go find that lonely bridge.
So since it's our guy it's ok. Even though we have NO proof at all on the Todd Palin affair and Anthony Weiner actually admitted it it's still ok.

5. Real vs. Virtual - you see no difference between the two?
An online "affair"? Preposterous false equivalence.
I don't think it even qualifies as a so-called "affair", even a virtual one. It's more like virtual exhibitionsim. Most of it one-way, with very little or no response at all.
Since when did the word alleged mean 'Real'?
And this thread is sinking like a stone. Wonder why.

It seemed to quickly gravitate to discussing weiners lack of character....etc.
Cute to watch it go bad for the OP.
Lil' lib wasn't expecting that sort of outcome.

I think the OP is pointing out the DUmmies hypocrisy on the situation. At least that's how I'm reading it.

As I said in my thread about Stink-eye the Clone: this is about power so putting out any excuse, i.e. it's marriage so it's too private for us to comment, is just a ruse.
This is about their power and nothing more.
Ironically, they hide behind false pretenses of the sanctity of marriage to excuse violations of the sanctity of marriage.

Since when is Todd Palin a "right wing separatist terrorist?" Where the hell did that come from?

He registered to vote under some odd-ball third party outfit, total membership: 12, including the cat. One of the planks of that party was a belief secession was constitutional.
Todd never voted for any of their candidates though he is rumored to have petted the cat once.
registered = member
secession plank = secessionist = terrorist
