I knew that houses that were even too "tight" could be bad for you, because of poor air exchange. Lack of reasonable air exchange.
Helping on the remodels like I did, I started learning a tiny bit about the "green" products. Many sounded more like a chemical soup with possible interactions between products. Seemed like a lot of synthetics being touted as green. Or rather, that a lot of synthetics were needed to make a natural product usable.
I really don't know enough about it, but I'll stick with my simple, basic materials when possible.
