With the out-of-town trips, campaign fund raisers, vacations and golf he just cannot find the time for the briefings anymore.

O.K., didn't go searching your past posts but just cruising around the forums I happened upon two of them.

That was enough to see.

When I was in the military years ago there was a common recurrence of the same scene repeated again and again and the same phrase uttered among those addressing someone leaving who they knew they would never see again.
