Test your News IQ. I got 10 out of 11. DAMN! :banghead:
LINK: A Little Quiz (http://pewresearch.org/politicalquiz/quiz/index.php)

Question #10 was kind of bogus. Phrased incorrectly, IMHO. About the Wisconsin protests.

9/11. Wonder what I missed.
-
I only got 9, but there weren't any questions about nekkid people doing strange things in Florida so I was never going to get 11. :-)

How about the same thing in Gina's back yard? :naughty:

I got a perfect score too.
thundley4 and I always score the same.

I have lots of free time to read the news online and have Fox News on TV most of the time.

I got 11 of 11 and I never even gradumated high skool?

Perfect score for me too, but I couldn't possibly compare myself to either of you guys. You're both pretty damned good! :-)
-
Me and tenth grade son both got 10 out of 11.
I missed #5 and he missed #11.
-
Here's Your Score: You correctly answered 11 out of the 11 possible questions, which means you did better on the quiz than 98% of the general public.
Damn. Gonna have to turn that speaker up to 12 now.
-
I missed the fat question. I put 50%, but that would be a regional answer. Biggest collection of fat asses you've ever seen.

Same here! H5!

Well donkeyballs, I got 8 out of 10. I know I missed the obesity question for sure, I picked 50%. I work gov't, everyone is fat there :lmao:

But there were 11 questions. Are you sure you were doing the right quiz?

I dunno if you've ever kept track, sir, but I have.
It's uncanny, how both you and I seem to score the same on all these internet quizzes.
Our esteemed college John from South Carolina, when he and franksolich miss a question, we both seem to miss the same question.
But with you and me, sir, we always get the same score.
There must be some common threads that run in our lives.

I dunno. You have traveled extensively, I tend to stay in one spot. We both come from fairly large families, though, I think. My dad was a blue-collar laborer and my mom worked as a waitress at Woolworth's. You like history, but I prefer science and math topics.

Hmm... havent watched TV for about 10 years now. Internet and radio ... and satellite (xm) radio do it for me.
-
I have to admit I guessed on the fat question.
I didnt actually know it was that high.
-
Me too
Me three, 10/11. Now I dislike fat people even more!

Just chalk it up to another case of FM.
-

Well shit :thatsright:
-
11 for 11. Not bad. But then again, the news is one of my drugs of choice.

That's what's weird about it, sir.
On one hand, we got a respectable responsible upstanding guy from Illinois, the salt of the earth, and on the other hand, we got franksolich, a luftmensch, one of these elusive people who's here today, gone tomorrow, who lives on water and air--but yet we seem to possess the exact same knowledge.
The next time a "quiz" is posted, sir, check it out. thundley4 and franksolich always score the same.
-
I got 10 out of 11. I have no idea what percent of Americans the CDC says are obese. I guessed 25%.
-
I got 10/11. I thought we spent more on the interest on debt than Medicare. Sheesh.
-

Maybe that's the one I got wrong?
-
you can look at the questions you missed after you take the test, it's on the left side of the graph

Ah, yes, thank you Gina. I guess my IQ quiz IQ isn't that high. It was the medicare I missed.
-
9/11
Missed the fat question and what we spent the most on.
Thought it was 50% and debt interest.
Should have read all the comments first.... :whistling:
