I was watching US Army Newswatch earlier today... Karzai (or whoever is running Afghanistan) has plans for the US to be out of the country by 2014.

and Pakistan has already ordered a US troop reduction because of the BL killing.

Just as well, we either need to plan to stay at least 30 years or just GTFO.  Anything in between becomes a pointless waste of lives and resources in the long run.
