Everyone already knows the truth.

No one is ignorant or misinformed.

The only people who say Islam is not a threat are those who means to say "not a threat to me" because they believe they have common cause.

The naive ones believe their common cause is social justice and Muslims are oppressed masses. The more determined sorts court any who will wage the war against the society they demand to rule.
