Title: Firefox 4
Post by: Eupher on May 06, 2011, 06:17:18 PM: I'm no expert, but I really like the layout (it's much cleaner than previous versions of FF) and it appears to be much, much faster.

If FF4 is running slow, I'd check for any add-ons. Those can and have messed up my Firefox.

Well, I use yahoo for my email, so I guess I got sucked up in that. :rotf: But it seems to be working well, save possibly for Wordpress, which is what my stepson used to put together my web site. I'm having problems with that, but to be fair, I'm also having problems with Wordpress in Explorer, so I dunno.....

I'll have to re-check that stuff. There are only two add-on's on my FF at the moment.

I used to have ForecastFox add on. It kept slowing down my browser. I dumped it.

I definitely have Ad Block, but cannot remember the other one off the top of my head.

Thats how I am too. I have too many add ons, plug ins, extensions and such that I'd like to keep. I'll wait till everybody else works the bugs out for me. Maybe next year I'll give 4 a try. :)
