Remember when this was a free country, before the Patriot Act, before RFID and other covert warrantless tracking of American citizens?
Those were the days. We were free then.
I don't care how they try to water this down or sugar coat this, this is bull shit. Might as well have everyone tattooed with a ****ing bar code across the forehead and shackle everyone with an ankle bracelet.

RFID chips can be disabled without much trouble. You can also buy RFID programmers for not a whole lot of money.

TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Senate Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability on Wednesday approved an amendment to include “electronic authentication,†as well as “biometrics†to Florida Driver’s licenses.
When the Fed mandates this, I'll worry much more.
