A trio of additional healthcare projects of the Obama Administration are slated to be administered by a handful of private-sector vendors at a cost of nearly $1 billion—initiatives that contractors will carry out in Africa, Asia/Middle East and the Latin America/Caribbean regions.

Note: Both my wife and I right at this moment respectively need a doctor, but have no health insurance and cannot afford two doctors visits -- and yet my tax dollars are being used to provide health care to people all over the globe. ARRRGGGHHH!

First off: a billion dollars - or any multiple of that short of 4-5 digits - wouldn't even open the doors on a "global" health care plan. Barry Big ears is spending over a TRILLION just to convert the most effective health care system in the world into a Federal bureaucracy, and the spending he's doing doesn't even begin to get into the actual operating costs of such a monstrosity.

He HAS to outspend GWB in AFRICA, I wonder why??

No shit. That'd almost cover aspirin, cough syrup, and band-aids for a year, but not the cost of distributing them.

the most effective health care system in the world
:bs:
Every list that has the rankings of health care has never had the US health care system as "the most effective", likely because it's not true.
Just one example...

I'll see your :bs: and raise you a :foff: . When Canuckistanis are going anywhere else but south in order to get medical treatment on a "right the hell now" basis, then you can come see me. Until then, the US health care system is what every Socialist run "health care" system wishes it could be.

Funny how people who live in countries like Canada who have the world's best health care ever, spend all the time and money to come to the US where health care is so horrible.
No, our system isn't perfect, but I guarantee if we cut out a lot of the unneeded regulations and bullshit, our system would work a hell of a lot better. Before the govt starting meddling so much you could see a doctor without having expensive health insurance or spending your entire paycheck.
