Excellent.   Get the house in order locally and then move the chains.    That is the recipe for guaranteed victory.

Absolutely.  This is the only way to bring about true reform, not by sniping at the pols in Washington.

We keep grousing about 10th Amendment solutions.

This makes it a de facto reality.

Putting our faith in federal solutions is cumbersome and slow-moving by design by the very founders we admire.
