I look at it this way. They're loaning us the money to do it. And then we'll pay interest for the privilege of doing it.
And some more US workers will lose their jobs, because by purchasing our T-Bills, the Dollar is
artificially expensive on world markets & other countries can't afford to buy our stuff.

See, it all works out in the end.
