It just dawned on me that I haven't noticed the primitives complaining about people saying Happy Easter to them like they do with Merry Christmas. I suppose it is due to Christmas having the word "Christ" in the name.

DUmmies have no idea that Easter is associated with Christianity.
When they hear "Happy Easter", they think of "nor'easter", or "down easter".

Easter bunny, Easter baskets, Easter dinner, Easter candy...nothing religious about the day. :whatever: :whatever:

They have no understanding of Jesus in the least.

1. If it were up to Jesus, we'd have no military whatsoever, high taxes on rich,
none for the poor. A strong social safety net. The only issue Jesus would be conservative on is abortion. I have seen no evidence of Jesus proclaiming that homosexuality is wrong and unnatural. Nothing is unnatural. Everything that exists is natural because it's in nature.
Sadly, people tend to focus only on the abortion part and not Jesus' real message of "help the poor, love your neighbor, etc." Heck, even during his time he got killed for preaching that.

Do they not realize that Jesus preached about each individual helping people by choice?
He never said anything about taking everyone's money, putting it in a hat and dividing it up.
As for the no military, who would know humanity better than Jesus? He would realize that protection is required from evil people.
They are so stupid at DU.

I opened this thinking that there was a link to a DU thread rejoicing Easter; Why am I surprised that there isn't a link. Probably have better luck finding a thrash thread.

I hope this person does not claim to be a Christian and I sure a hell hope they don't claim to be an atheist because they're the ones that make us look bad.

Making atheists look bad?
Do they ever look any other way?
