Somebody needs to investigate U.S. Attorney johnny sutton and the way he likes to go after BP agents who are trying to protect this Country. I wouldn't be surprised at all if that ****stik was found to be on the payroll of the mexican cartels.

How in the world could a jury have ever convicted this man for doing his job? No wonder this country is going downhill when the very people charged with protecting it (military, border patrol, and police) are the ones who have to prove themselves innocent of the charges brought against them by criminals.
Why in the hell would that illegal criminal's word be taken at all in a court of law? And he escaped prosecution by testifying and can stay here? :badmood:

Diaz was tried in September 2010, but the case ended in a mistrial. The DOJ tried the case again in February 2011 and this time they got their conviction, even though federal agent witnesses admitted they had lied to a grand jury. The judge did not allow the fact that they had committed perjury into the second trial.
The judge also needs to be removed from the bench.

This an outrage. What are the jobs of the border patrol then? Just to allow illegals, drugs and crime come across the border? Who's running this Country again?!?!

All one has to do is to follow the money, this is not chump change, this is billions in money that can tempt a Saint to look the other way.
An honest Cop is a threat to the department, they are not one of the Good Old Boys yet know who is. They cannot be TRUSTED to keep their mouth shut and ignore the politics of the town from the courts to State Politicians.
Only way to get rid of a potential trouble makers is to discredit them to the max. A brilliant plan.
If he were to go missing or turn up dead the wife and family also in LAW would raise a huge stink and too much would come out of the closet. This way, the wife keeps quiet, who would believe her anyway, keeps her job to support the kids and perhaps learns to go along with the Good Old Boys when money runs low.
Not that she knows all this now but down the line she will.
The cost of being honest is much greater then dishonest, the dishonest have more people to back and excuse your actions, the honest from some reason are afraid to speak out in defence of each other.
It all starts out at a very young age for us, No One Likes a Snitch, then on to it is OK to tell white lies.
This is so far an interesting slice of life to watch, for all we know, this is all as True said, upside down, could be the whole thing is back assward and he was the dishonest cop and the fellow officers that are honest could not think of any other way to get rid of him.
Who Knows, life is some strange.
