Title: Napolitano to detail new terror threat system on Wednesday

NAPOLITANO TO DETAIL NEW TERROR THREAT SYSTEM
Implementation plans for the new terror advisory system that will replace the color-coded system will be announced Wednesday at Grand Center Terminal in New York City by U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano. Napolitano announced the new system in January, starting a 90-day transition period involving state and local governments, law enforcement authorities, airport officials and other private and non-profit sector parties.

"Terror" code system to be replaced by Casper, the friendly muslim.    Casper will advise of the impending concerning situation, but will also add a moral to the story clause explaining to Americans why they are the cause for this concern.

It's Wednesday...if I'm not supposed to react to colors, what the hell am I supposed to do now? Bacon slices? Numbers? Herding elephants?

They are allegedly going to issue more localized and specific warnings, however as anyone who has ever worked with law enforcement or intelligence pukes knows, that means that they won't actually release any information that might actually be useful to you individually because it would compromise means, sources, or both.  So, the warnings will end up being some vague bullshit that isn't even tied to any kind of relative scale, but may be more limited to a region of the country rather than nationwide.
