In its ruling, the Ninth Circuit turned down a request by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, who asked the Ninth Circuit to lift an injunction imposed by a federal judge the day before the controversial law was to go into effect, last July 29.
The original law was enacted in April of last year after Arizona officials argued that they needed their own immigration law to keep illegal immigrants out of the state. Federal efforts, the state argued, were not enough.
The law immediately sparked boycotts and protests across the nation as immigration activists argued that Arizona was trying to usurp a federal prerogative to define immigration rules and had proposed unconstitutional actions, including profiling.
The Obama administration’s Justice Department sued to block the law from going into effect. It argued that the federal government had the responsibility for immigration law.

These wandering vagabonds ignore the posted signs yet cite the Constitution, OUR Constitution. Nice.

What else could we expect from the Ninth Circus?
-
We all knew this was going to end up in the USSC.
Of course Arizona has hated being under the 9th circuit for decades.

What is a state to do when the federal government fails to do it's job?

Decisions like the those frequently handed down by the Ninth Circus are glaring support as to why we need to keep the Second Amendment strong and healthy.
Were it not for the Second Amendment, I have zero doubt that most of our federal judges (and many state judges) would order government to be in complete charge and would be investing in ink in order to rewrite the Constitution as they, the robed Gods, saw fit.

The Justices do rewrite the Constitution, through their interpretations. We have four Justices who have actually read it, four who make it up as they go along, and one tie-breaker who's decisions depend on how he 'feels' that particular day. No decisions concerning our constitutional rights should ever be returned at 5-4.

The ninth circus, the most overturned court in the history of the country, strikes again.

Hi,
While I totally agree with you, I see the problem in a different lite. It is the senate that must approve those idiots and the public needs to hold them accountable. When the Obama appointees can get put on the court, I do not blame the judges, we know what the hell they stand for and will do. Instead I blame the senators and voting public for not raising hell. To me once the judiciary is corrupted the wonderful check and balance system put in place by our foretathers has gone to hell in a hand basket.

That was my thought, too. Get the hell out of the USA. :fuelfire:
