I didn't.

I thought the whole thing was all just so much bullshit. Scripted, preordained bullshit. Countdown clocks and special teevee graphics. A few hundred powerful elite in a very fancy clubhouse acting as if they ****ing cared about the country.

I am so beyond cynical and tired of this crap.

edit to add the "d" in "avoidance" in the title

Come on Stinky, don't lie. You were hoping like hell there would be a shutdown so you could point your finger and say, "See the repukes are starving grandma".

5. I almost wish there had been a shutdown. It would have been a

lot of pain, but blamed on the Republicans. I'm afraid we're in for a lot of pain now because of the cuts, especially the stimulus. This pain will be blamed on Obama.

Nah, you will blame it on Bush still.

Actually dummies are growing more apoplectic day by day as O'fumbler and O'biden pretty much follow in Bush footsteps thus vindicating his positions.  At the same time Jimmah Carter is doing carterwheels as he lusts in his heart for the day when his name will only be associated as only the second worst president in modern history.  Of course many of us have always thought of Jimmah as number two anyhow....
