Eagle parts are worth money, and the more desperate people get, the more stuff like this will happen.
If that is, indeed, what was behind this, it isn't "sick" so much as trying to survive.

The bald eagle is a beautiful bird. It's tragic that this happened. It's also sad to me that the DUmmies can't feel and show the same concern and respect (for lack of a better word) toward the wonderful country for which the bald eagle is the symbol.
