Well, I'm married now, what a week! Here's some pics!
So, we had the legal ceremony in Henan Province. We signed the papers at the local government building and were given little red books with a picture of both of us in them....
He was hoping for Mao's little red book
We then had a quick reception....
Then headed to my Wife's village about an hour and a half outside of Zhengzhou (Zhengzhou is a nice city BTW). We had a lunch the next day where I met a bunch of her relatives. I had no REAL idea of how humble she'd grown up until then. Her village was very poor. She showed me the house she grew up in and her bedroom as a child had a dirt floor. I always knew she grew up poor, but I had no idea. Her family was so nice to us, very warm smiles and all of them wanted to talk to us.
Here's a clue, Yankee dollars.
After the lunch my family and two friends were loaded into a van and driven around the village to EVERY relative's house for a quick ten minute visit. It was exhausting.
That's her one grandma, I don't have a shot of the other one, but when I met her she had an instant quality that makes her special, a luminecsant face that just told her life story. She spent most of her time busting my best man's balls, so it was a lot of fun.
Kids in the village were REALLY curious about what was going on
The cops showed up wondering why so many white folks were around. Do that in America and you would be screaming "Racist bastards".
Then we had the Beijing wedding....
After the western ceremony She changed into a Chinese dress and we did a quick Chinese one.... then got pissed!
****in' rights I went double breasted!
Cake was damned good.
She smeared cake on my face
So, I had to teach her a lesson....
All in all a great time was had by all. Most amazing thing is the tradition of Hong bao (red envelopes with money) as opposed to gifts... I'm all for it now, we almost paid off the entire wedding! Save it for the divorce lawyer.

21. Congratulations, great pics!! Almost reminds me of my wedding--but not quite!
I had a double wedding with my brother. My wife is from Germany and his wife is from Japan.
The parents' table had a LOT of primitive sign language. I suspect yours did too!
I bet it was in reference to an axis alliance and how they had to marry a DUmmy to survive this obama economy. Only thing missing was an Italian.

I'm sure she'll stick it out the minimum of two years necessary to overcome the presumption of it being a "Marriage of convenience" for immigration purposes. The Chinese are nothing if not patient and long-suffering...and marriage to a DUmmie is certainly going to involve some suffering.

I wonder if this Chinese deal is driving down the price of Russian wives. DUmmy HEyHEY probably got a better price than the Russian mafia would charge for their mail order women. Of course it's more expensive to travel to China to pick her up, but he could have arranged to have her shipped. Even with low Chinese prices, though, he probably could have bought two or three in Thailand for the same money.
Racism doesn't exist in America compared to the norm in Asia. You can be sure her family is as pleased as if she had married a zoo animal. But it's a marriage that could soon allow them to load up the truck and move to Beverly.... Hills, that is, so it's big smiles all around. No more dirt floors. No more workers' paradise, with free medical care for all.
Too bad they have no idea what a loser this roundeye is.
Too bad this DUmmy doesn't understand a word of Mandarin - he would have heard some enlightening conversations. I wonder if the new Mrs. DUmmy speaks a word of English.

So, does this sound like a sociopath to you?
At my wedding a friend's girlfriend was sitting with my buddy, he was kind of ignoring her as we don't like her much. So, she says "I'm going to burn you with this cigar," then presses it to his face, burning him. He ran to the washroom to put water on it. She seemed to think it was funny. She was very drunk too.
It was totally unprovoked and the man she did it to is one of the nicest people ever. He even forgave her that night.
My friend who is the woman's BF is likely going to dump her, she's done this kind of stuff before, not physical assault, but been a drunken asshole. I think he's had enough. I saw the burned guy last night, it looks really bad, but the doctor says it shouldn't scar permanently.
I think that's beyond drunk, I think she's a sociopath, anyone with education in this matter wanna weigh in?

It's one of the allowable conditions. Section 66 article 99 states that the pairing of a male/female is acceptable if one of the parties is a Communist and will be imported into America.

The groom decidedly does NOT make me hot under the collar. This looks soooo mailorder.

I wonder how much money the bride's family sunk into those two wedding gowns. Look at what the mother of the bride is wearing. Salvation Army rejects, a man's plaid jacket over a man's striped shirt. Oy. Life's savings and more, just to offload their daughter onto a DUmmy.
Take a close look at the background in the pictures of the Communist paradise. Bleak, completely littered with trash; peeling, crumbling buildings in the Bolschevek concrete style, 50+ year old bicycle.
On second thought, I'd wear a barrel with suspenders to get my daughter out of that hellhole.

In fact he can't shut up about politics. finally he gives up and goes for the mail order bride because he thinks he is getting a domestic servant as well as a wife. Will he allow her to disagree with him? Anyone else who disagree with him is evil.
For her its only misery and degradation ahead. Too bad she has to wade through all of this before she finally divorces the self-centered jerk.

They have a lot in common. She was willing to do anything to escape the grinding, starving poverty of the workers' paradise, and bring mama-san and all the other -sans to the land of milk and honey, and three hots and a cot. He wanted to get laid. Match made in heaven.
