With a government shutdown looming, Capitol Hill was a pretty serious place on Wednesday afternoon.

But for Rep. Corrine Brown (D-Fla.), what better way to ease the tension than with a congressional ladies personal shopping trip in Arlington, Va.?

According to an email from Brownâ€™s scheduler titled, â€œOuting with Congresswoman Corrine Brown,â€ staff member Cathy Gass invited Brownâ€™s fellow female Congressional Black Caucus members to join the lawmaker at a boutique in Crystal City, Va. on Wednesday afternoon.

Where do they find these people? Congress critters get paid to speak publicly and half of them can't even string two words together. Eddie Bernice, IassaFTot's buddy, is a real piece of work too.

It's not polite to point fingers, DLR--CA has the Sanchez sistahs, Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, and until recently Diane Watson. Every damn one of them are dumber than a bag of hammers.
