Must have been something else. No mention of anything happening on the local news.

It was a big thump sound and shook the whole house pretty good. That's the way most of do when we have one. "If" we did, I'd guess it to be about a 2.5 where Im at...nothing to get all excited about, might crack the brick work or something but that's about it.

We had a 3.2 about 20 years ago. It was a loud BOOM and shook things a bit. I thought it was a sonic BOOM. This shake was similar is why I thought it might be a small quake.

Got any gravel quarries near you Johnny? There is one near my folk's house, about a mile way. They blast every day at noon sharp, can set your watch to it. Puts out quite a jolt in the area.

That's about what it sounded and felt like but no blasting going on around here at this time.

Nope. The wife just got on a diet ...again. Nothing to make any gas out of in the menu.
