So, you hate America? The bald eagle is America's symbol, not the rabbit. :-)

Great Ptarmigan/Rabbit War. A long and bloody war that pitted ptarmigans against rabbits that happened in the last Ice Age, about 10,000 years ago. It is flaring up again.

Why get a room?

Jeez - the sidebar commentary is hysterical! Traves' Iowa link is just as incredible as the Norfolk cam - and it has sound, something the Norfolk folks claim would reduce video quality. Not for this nest!
This morning the Norfolk nest is covered with the carnage of a former sea gull.... ick.
One more link for anyone who finds this eagle watching fun:

Multiple webcams - 2 eagle nests on Catalina Island, CA. Not as great video quality (although they have infrared for limited night viewing), but I have to say that these eagles have the best real estate - what views! As if eagles care. They just want to view food.

Great. Two more ways I can stay stuck to the screen.
I love these cams!

Do something productive. Help in the hunt for Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster (http://www.lochness.co.uk/livecam/) .

Here's another one:

I used to work there.

LOL! At least there I can do my part to help save humanity from *cue dino sounds from badly made Godzilla movies*
Thanks, Rob, for the third eagle cam. I'll get absolutely nothing else done until some eaglets hatch or Nessie appears.

Ptarmy - the link posted by Traves: http://www.ustream.tv/decoraheagles
I just noticed there's rabbit on the menu. Thought that would make you happy. :-)

I'm pretty sure Bald Eagles eat both wabbits and ptarmigans, so their not prejudiced. :)
Anyhoo- Here's one from my redneck of the woods, peregrine falcons. Eagles are big and regal but peregrins are the Lamborghinis of the raptor world, in fact they are the fastest critter in existence (faster even than wabbits and ptarmigans).

Click on "cameras" for the streams. A bit early yet, their chicks hatch in May.
