Does the Highest Life Expectancy, Education Level, Per Capita Income, MEAN IT'S BOMBING TIME
AGAIN!
I find it totally frightening that no less violent and destructive solution to the "Libya problem" could be found
than destroying the only country in Africa that rose from being the poorest country to having the highest quality of live,
most hospitals, Universities and Technical institutes per capita.
Many countries in Africa had great natural resource wealth - Nigeria, South Africa, the Congo. But only Libya stood as
a shining example of how an African country's natural wealth could be quickly used to change the living conditions of
average citizens.
Now the Western powers have decided that its good to destroy Libya and then "reconstruct" when they have
changed the regime and granted "freedom" to the "oppressed".
Given the outcome of "Coalition" destruction in Iraq, I can see nothing but a degradation of the society and long running conflict coming from the "humanitarian" action.
I there is hope of something else, will someone please explain it to me?

The entire point of this operation is to wreck and ruin an exemplary society, with a maximum of dead burnt babies into the bargain.
Hey DUmbshit, stop ignoring the facts. The Arab League also supported and requested the no-fly zone.

7. Oh, He Is On To Something, Ma'am, Without Question
We bomb Libya because it is a swell place.
We do nothing about Cote d'Ivoire because it is a dump.
It explains everything!
Curiously enough, the government has killed more civilians in the Ivory Coast than Gadaffy Duck did. Why one and not the other?

The primitives have me so confused I don't know what's my head and what's my feet.
Weeks ago, the primitives were all for the rebels in Libya.
So the Dem president in the White House decided to help the rebels out.
Now the primitives don't like us helping the rebels?
And by the way, what's the current primitive attitude about Egypt?
Or for that matter, what's going on in Wisconsin.
Or for that matter, radiation on the western coast.

Honestly Frank? I think the DUmmies are lost and confused without DUmmie nadinletters telling them what to think.

Well, the primitives are making flip-flops look stable and consistent.

The U.S. And NATO Cannot Stand Happy, Healthy Arabs
A happy, healthy Arab is most likely a fanatical muslim with a bomb.

Egypt, their prisons rival the middle age prisons that put peoples feet in a fire or broke all the bones of someone to be hanged as they had left the Catholic Church.
Frank, we have radiation in our snow in New Hampshire that was not there a few weeks ago. Not much, really, yet.
So the experts tell us we can get no harm from this---they are correct as one source is not that dangerous.
However if one adds up all the sources of radiation from different forms in a year, what do we now have.??
Few civilians walk around with a dosimeter on their belt. Why do we worry about Radon in our cellars, the sun exposure due to some holes in , what the Vanelon Belt [whatever that is.]
Here's one for Sparky, why were the wrist watches so popular in the 1970 put as a no-no aboard the Nukes??
Seriously Sparkey why this was so. The explanation I got at the time was there was some material in the watch that caused problems with the decimeter.
We live with radiation from the very rocks we move across, we cannot escape it. Who is to know what the dose of normal activity will do to a Pilot of a trans Atlantic Plane twice a week for 10 months will do, combine that with the cell phones or microwaves, the vacations in the sun?? One needs an MRI and a bunch of ex rays not to mention dental extras, all of this each year will add up.
Now to the Middle East--a huge mess that cannot be solved to my mind. We must protect Israel but other than that let the people fight it out themselves. We need to get the Hell away from their problems, DRILL for our oil, solve the problems with the South West and illegal and or drug dealers flooding the country today.
BTW I sat down and had a frank talk with a family friend---never met them before in my life. He was willing to answere as he knew them.
First the huge flood of drugs into this country is not bringing down the price, it is going up. The drug cartells and those they have bought off in the USA, Pollutions and the big money Drug Company's are pissing their pants if more States go with medical pot.
As he explained the medical grown has to go through tests to insure it is pure. The stuff brought in from other country's may be infected with much garbage. There is no blood, the pot is not tainted by gang wars or the lives of innocents.
People will drink beer and smoke pot, no getting around that---He compared the pot smugglers to the moonshiners of the 1930 with a still on the hill producing booze through a used car battery. People went blind and died from this stuff. Today with the pot brought in with no testing or regulations, who knows what millions of people are inhaling. This stranger is a State Cop not a neophite.
Wisconsin is just a trial state to see if other States will follow. Yupo they are.
We need a leader, not someone to solve our problems but to make us able to solve our own. A leader that takes no guff off anyone and politics be damn is willing to make enemy's and friends at will.
Gee seems most leaders in the past were ready to put the welfare of their people first, screw the big money, support small business and defend every square inch of American territory with their and our blood.
Our leaders do go to the sites of natural disasters much like a tourest in America, their answer--throw money at the problem. but they have never been known to become involved with anything but National security, that is the only job he has, none of this being involved in State or civic matters.
Where is our leader to protect America,----he seems to be too busy passing executive orders on school bulling.

An exemplary society.
I hate The Magistrate so much, he is so 100% wrong on everything, and so caustically grating, so arrogant at the same time as being ignorant. I'm not rowing over, I cannot share real estate with him.

That must explain why we keep going to war with the U.A.E. and launching raids on Dubai.
....oh, wait.

Hey DUmbshit, stop ignoring the facts. The Arab League also supported and requested the no-fly zone.
I expect the principal reason the Arab League is defecting from this cluster**** as quickly as possible is because they got a whole lot more 'Help' than they were looking for or wanted. I believe all they were really after was the suppression of Mo the Q's air force, not large-scale intervention to attack the Libyan army and government installations, now with talk of whether to arm the Muslim Brotherhood, oops, "Freedom-loving democrats."

Agreed, DAT--I think it's a classic case of "Be very careful what you ask for--sometimes, you get it!"

If he were a decent, civilized person, which he is not, this would be a nice turn of sarcasm. Since he's just another vile DUmmy, who happens to use pretentious language, it's despicable.

I decided to put this here so DUmmies would see it. I read this on FR but it is from the Washington Post.
President Obama has touted his emphasis on multilateralism in the U.S. military intervention in Libya, but — for political, operational and legal reasons — his “coalition of the willing†is smaller than any major multilateral operation since the end of the Cold War.
The Cable compiled a list of the countries that contributed at least some military assets to the five major military operations in which the United States participated in a coalition during the past 20 years: the 1991 Persian Gulf War (32 countries participating), the 1995 Bosnia mission (24 countries), the 1999 Kosovo mission (19 countries), the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan (48 countries) and the 2003 invasion of Iraq (40 countries), at the height of the size of each coalition.
As of today, only 15 countries, including the United States, have committed to a military contribution to the war in Libya
