Teabagger pickup this morning...

There was a teabagger at the orthodontist's office this morning - jacket covered in "don't tread on me", "take our country back", etc. buttons. I left right behind him and he got into a beat-up pickup with a tool box and ladder rack that was similarly covered in bumper stickers.

I pulled out behind him and right under the "Where's the birth certificate?" sticker was one that read, "What part of WHITE house don't you understand?"

The raw stupidity is bad enough, but the racism really pisses me off.

Sounds like a blue collar working man, maybe even a union member. Why do the DUmmies hate the poor working man, but support the elites?

1. I am so ****ing tired of their hate speech.

How is this allowed to continue.

That White House part probably didn't happen.  Besides, there is such a thing as freedom of speech.

20. "Allowed" as in it should be against the law, or "allowed" as in it should

be soically unacceptable? If the 1st, then the First Amendment protects such "speech". If the later, I think it is socially unaceptable but it is equally unaceptable to confront this type of display. A sub reason for nonconfrontation may be a fear of physical altercation.

DUmmies are skeered.

25. "allowed" as in this qualifies as bullying and needs to be stopped.

Like union members showing up and threatening business men at their homes or place of business?

I understand rich people being republicans. It's the ones with the 30 year old truck on it's last legs held together with W stickers that get me!

You prefer the welfare Cadillacs covered with Obama stickers?

What the hell does that have to do with anything? If these people ever stepped out of their stereotypes for even 5 minutes the truth would drive them in to anaphylactic shock.

After the tragic bullying of know-it-all nadin you'd think we would understand and shut up. Really, anything that disagrees with the jug-eared muslim or  the commiedems qualifies as either bullying or hate speech, both of which the commiedems want to outlaw.

I googled "What part of WHITE house don't you understand?" bumperstickers and the only thing that came up was the DU link.

Who wants to bet that's a bunch of bullshit? I've seen all the others, but they aren't racist or bigoted. He seemed to cap it off with this one as to say, "see, they're all racists". I call  :bs:

Ballygrl, I googled and binged it as well.  No dice.  There was "What part of No/Meow/Illegal don't you undertand?" but no WHITE house.
DUmmies lie all the time, and they tell stupid stories as well.  Plus, everyone has a camera on their phone nowadays, why no pic?

Get a load of this DUmmie:

19. I did that with hummers!!!
I made magnetic bumper stickers to stick on humvees...they said...if i can remember correctly: "F*ck you Earth! I need my humvee to go grocery shopping." and "F*ck clean air, my humvee is cool!"

I highly recommend it as an act of therapy...it felt sooooooooooooooo good!
  That didn't happen either.

They talk about other dumb hijinks to do with bumper stickers on other peoples' cars, but they were dumb, and I hope it gets them into deep trouble.

And you know darn well that if there really was a bumpersticker like that it would be available for purchase somewhere on the internet.

Ditto...

I'll have to get some of that adhesive make-your-own bumper sticker paper for my printer and whip up a
"THAT'S JUST HOW WHITE FOLKS'LL DO YA" bumper sticker for my pick 'em up truck.

My truck is 52 years old. I've owned it for 25 years. It has probably made/saved me $50,000 in that time by not buying a new one, paying huge registration fees, licensing fees, and sales taxes......and smog inspection fees.  Added bonus is i can do all the mechanical and electrical work on it.

This little parable is what I think defines what a conservative is.

Are you serious?

I'm too SMART to vote Democrat.  It has nothing to do with the amount in my bank account.

It just amazes me they always seem to equate owning a pickup with 'no money'.

I can't find this bumper sticker either using several forms of Google-Fu.. -- I did however find a disgraceful 'keep the White House WHITE' bumper sticker offered in June 2008.

If this douche is lurking - I'd seriously like a couple of them stickers.

It will make up for me not being able to find a source of the "Fertilize the Bush - Doze in a hippy" sticker (done up in Catâ„¢ colors ) I saw several years ago.

Dammit! Dammit! Dammit! Last Wednesday was Pancake Day, and it completely slipped my mind. I was planning to search out the nearest Pancake Corrie Breakfast, usually at an IHOP, and join the festivities. It was poorly publicized. The Pancake Day committees need to take lessons from the obnoxious Punxsutawney Phil people.

I feel his pain.  I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra Crewmax Platinum edition pickup.  I love it but its love doesn't come cheaply.

Best thing about my truck .... it was built in San Antonio.

This one's been gettin' me around for 20 years. Think I'll keep it for another 20. There's much to be said about an old 4 wheel drive "doolly"!

Gonna have to find me some racist bumper stickers though.

I forgot to add, my grandaughter asked me a while back if we're still supposed to call it the "White" House?

FIXED

Post by: diesel driver on March 24, 2011, 04:19:14 PM
I got a 1988 F-250 diesel, but the engine gave up on me back in the winter.  After 255,000 miles, it either blew a head gasket, or dropped a valve seat.  All I know is, when I went to start it, it went "CLANK".

I need to have it fixed by June, so I can pull my new 26' Wildwood trailer to the beach.  My 2002 Jeep Cherokee CAN pull it, but it's tongue is still hanging out from dragging it to and from Bristol over the weekend.  SO, either re-gear the Jeep (about $1,000), or fix the diesel (about $500-1,500).

Decisions, decisions...

There is the reason this DUmmy hates the pick-up truck owner.  He obviously has a job and the skills that go along with said job, is self sufficient and in no way dependent on the govenment to provide for him.

Ya might check to see if it has "sleeves". Mine's an '87 and I believe I have pulled a sleeve. Pretty easy to fix, but ya gots to pull the damn thing completely apart! Lotta labor when ya have a bad back, but there's no way I could replace it for what I have in it!

You can tell if ya run a compression check. It's either a valve, which is preferable, or it's a sleeve. Just fixin' the head is pretty simple stuff. If it's a sleeve, yer lookin' at removin' everything includin' the oil pan, which usually on a 4x4 is easier outa the truck!

Eta:

The way diesel prices have escalated, I'm lookin' at droppin' in a big block gas motor. After all, I'll get caught eventually, runnin' my farm diesel in it anyway! Hehehehehehehehe!

Actually, one can buy printable magnetic sheets. All one would need to do after it is seal it so it doesn't bleed when it gets wet. Easy to make all sorts of magnets to torment primitives with.

Yours must have the 6.9L, mine is one of the first of the 7.3's.  They are very similar engines, but I doubt it's a sleeve.  I've run into that on some OLD International farm tractors (ever hear of a TD-340?)  They had a "dry sleeve" engine.  Some of the later "B" engines were "wet sleeve".

My thoughts run towards a dropped valve/valve seat.  Back in 2001, when I put a Hypermax turbo kit on it (used), I soon discovered the turbo had a bad oil seal.  If the truck idled for even a couple of minutes, it would allow enough motor oil into the manifold that the engine would rev out of control for a few seconds.  It could have floated a valve, which would eventually lead to valve failure.  It actually topped 4,500 rpm a couple of times.  Hopefully, no damage was done to the piston or head.

I've dodged the bullet with "farm diesel" once around here.  I came thru one of their road checks on the way to the dump (trash, not DU), and went home the "back way".  You would think the "OIL BRNR" personalized plates might have given it away.  LOL  I have plans to make a "double tank" for possible future checks.

If you use your truck close to home, you could get away with "farm use" painted on the back of an expired plate.  Virginia law states that farm use dyed diesel cannot be used in vehicles licensed for use on public roads.  Farm use isn't licensed.   :naughty:
