DALLAS - The City of Dallas has released an audio tape and incident report about a police call to Mayor Dwaine Caraway's home.

Caraway has been fighting to keep the information secret, saying it could damage his marriage.
In a hearing yesterday, Caraway testified he had an argument with his wife Barbara Mallory Caraway, a state representative, in January after a football game.

Still waiting to see what is on the tape. He is really REALLY concerned about that being made public. For those that are unaware, Dallas's Mayor, Tom Leppert stepped down from his role, so he can pursue Kay Bailey Hutcheson's seat. This dude, Caraway, is currently Mayor of Dallas. He is the same charming man that gave Michael Vick a key to the city a while back.

Caraway said the pair had gotten into an argument about cooking aprons belonging to him that his wife wanted to throw away. The disagreement escalated, Caraway said.
"To separate myself from her, I stayed down in the game room," Caraway says on the tape.
The mayor said Barbara Mallory Caraway persisted in trying to get in the room and goes on to say, "She's kicking the doors and she's doing every damn thing under the sun."
