This is an interesting way to do things requiring psychiatric counseling and that the doctor meet with the pregnant woman and be absolutely convinced that it is her wish.
Oh, yeah, and no public money. If someone sues the state and loses, that person ponies up.

No doubt we will see planned parenthood (I hate the name of that organization) engaged in secretly transporting minors across state lines for the purpose of receiving an abortion elsewhere.

No doubt but this legislation does seem fairly reasoned and it brings up the gun waiting periods, potentially setting those up to be put into play.

It will be hard to argue that a 3-day wait for the right to own a gun because someone *might* die and not permit a similar wait for a procedure that's singular purpose is to make some absolutely die.
