Or is it just that they are not Ghaddafi? I've found precious little on them. Are they even Libyans?

These people are tired of One Party States and want more freedom.

Just wait until they get the Hope & Change they want in the form of the Muslim Brotherhood or worse.

Freedom?  What does the virtuous muslim want with decadent western christian freedom?  The freedom they want is to impose archaic and evil laws and customs on each other.  They want the feedom to rape and oppress women.  They want the freedom to kill gays.  They want the freedom to attack Israel and anyone else who dares to not knuckle under the enlightenment. 

I might be wrong.  The sun may also rise from the western horizon into a green sky tomorrow.

Carter lost Iran to radicals and the world suffered under a reign of terror.
Obama lost the entire Arab world to radicals...who can tell how many will die as a result?

Don't forget that our jug-eared Kenyan president doesn't necessarily see radical islamists as bad guys.

The left considers islamists just another comrade in arms seeking the overthrow the USA.
Just as they won`t admit that communism destroys almost all it touches they refuse to believe their heads will be sawn off quickly as any other.
