The know-it-all DUmmy nadinbrzhzhzhzhski is still doing damage control, making lame-ass post after lame-ass post trying to make the DUmmies forget the free-for-all of the past few days. Pam did this for a while after winning Top DUmmy of 2009, when anything else would result in vicious attacks from the other DUmmies. It didn't work for Pam, and it won't work for know-it-all nadin.

why is it that many Americans have lost trust in the EPA?
1.- 9.11. the air is safe, trust us. We know that we are dealing with first responders who are VERY SICK because they hid the truth... Ironically both the Canadian and Mexican teams are having a lot less issues since they did NOT trust the EPA and kept wearing their respirators.
Well, know-it-all, the air was safe. The reason the Canucks and Mexicans aren't claiming sickness is the vastly smaller number of reptilian plaintiff's lawyers in Canada and Mexico. In those countries, there's no need to climb on board wrecked buses.
2.- Fast forward to Corexit and the gulf and food is safe.
Now if the EPA explained the faustian choices... and did not tell us it was safe even after they told BP to stop using it (which they kept using) maybe it would be better. If they did not treat us as children maybe people would trust them a little more.
This is not about who is in charge. Governments have to maintain any population calm and at times... yes cynically, they tell you white and not so white lies. But once a people realizes this... people become very cynical and yes. lose the trust in a government agency.

Well, know-it-all, Corexit, as used was harmless, and helped make the oil spill far easier to contain. The Gulf and Gulf seafood are perfectly safe today, and no one except a DUmp lunatic believes otherwise. If there was any problem whatsoever remaining, trial lawyers and the American communist press would have whipped it into a frenzy long before now.

interference with the free market...Lefties don't trust them because they seem to be working for big business much of the time...I guess it's pretty hard to be popular if you are a regulating agency..

Even though know-it-all nadinbrzhzhzhski is the world's foremost authority on everything, she cannot provide even one example of what she's talking about. At least so far, on this thread, she hasn't been able to insult her DUmpmates.
