The angle is this: It is funny when the powerful are lampooned. (It is not funny when the powerless are.) Christians are the powerful in the US; Muslims are not.

Why the PC whining? When there is enough material for a show called Good Muslim B**ches, they'll make it. Does Texas not have some of the worst social conditions in the United States? Yes Do Texans care about the poor? No, not by their actions. Do they love their neighbor? Not particularly judging by the stock piles of ammunition. Do Texans show up at church and act all holy? Oh yes they do. Where's the problem? This PC carping has gone too far.

Sounds like the PC crowd has their panties in a bunch over this one. I will support ABC and all of the sponsors who advertise on this show as a rebuttal to those PC commies who want to censor what they don't see fit for TV consumption.
Here's an idea - If you don't want to watch it, change the channel. Stop trying to mandate what the rest of us freedom-loving patriots can and cannot watch.

The American Family Association is crying about "hate speech"? American Family Association was recently deemed a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Talk about calling the kettle black. American Family Association's name is an oxymoron in itself, and they shouldn't be the ones to determine what hate speech is.

I noticed ABC is trying to get 'edgy' with their programming. They have 'Modern Family' for the queers, a new show called 'Happy Endings' (doesn't take a lot of imagination to figure that one out), and now this.
ABC, we hardly knew ye. Good riddance.
