Since Jan of 2009 the war protesters have been quiet.

1. Damn, it's going to be awfully lonely out there :(

I'm so old, I remember when the wars were unpopular, and people wanted to bring the troops home :evilfrown:

I know it's amazing Obama continued on with Bush's war crimes and hardly a word from the left.
It's like they don't really care about the war they just hated Bush or something.

We get 3 or 4 people who stand on the corner of our towns stoplights in front of the church every warm weekend, with signs about stopping the war and bringing "peace".

I find them quite amusing.

Five-ish people responded.  It's just not as much fun as union thuggery, is it?

Same happens here in front of the court house. Everyone drives by flippin' 'em off and yellin' at 'em to go home, or get a ****in' job! Usually with those exact words. They won't cause any trouble here. Idaho has already passed the collective bargaining demise of the unions without a peep from our police and fire.

I think the Superintendent of Schools got his tires slashed by some coward along with some death threats, but that was pretty much the extent of their "protest".

Oh yeah, they arrested some nutjob over the bomb on Martin Luther King day! The MSM is sayin' he has ties to Aryans. My buddies down at the Sherrifs department are callin' bullshit, since no one wants to claim the prick! Sounds more like a loner wantin' attention to them. Even the Skin Heads have a code of conduct and limit who they associate with.

This guy is just another Loonie Toon attention whore! Can you verify your whereabouts on Martin Luther King Day, Nada??

If he's part of some cult, it sounds like it consists of only a few morons, it sure as hell isn't some right wing, home gown, terrorist group! Typical MSM, blowin' it way outa proportion!
