You have that thing in you signature that asks about bearing arms and I keep trying to press no but nothing happens. I think it's broken and you should look into fixing it.

Thanks for the heads up, Compaq.  I had the VRWC IT guys look into it.  They're 99% certain that the failure is due to a corrupted PIBCAK file on your end.  Say that they see it frequently, and the only cure is to log off, re-format your C drive, and reboot.  It should get rid of that corrupted file, no sweat.
