Wisconsin GOP suspects Democrats will flee again
Wisconsin Democrats who fled the state to avoid voting on a bill they described as union busting are back home, but the Republican leader of the Senate says he doesn't trust them to stay, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald says he's heard rumors that the state Senate's Gang of 14 might bounce again when votes are taken on the two-year budget.
"We might have to make it more difficult for them to pull this stunt off again," Fitzgerald told the newspaper website. Fitzgerald told WTMJ-AM that because the Democrats were found in contempt for their last mass exodus, they cannot vote in committee until they respond to a roll call for a full Senate session. The next one is set for April 5.
Democratic Sen. Chris Larson said the move is unfair and means millions of people statewide won't be represented until April. He said Democrats will try to determine whether Fitzgerald's plan is legal and what action to take.

4. Running away is not the answer and suggests that they do not respect the democratic process.
Furthermore, it will make this option available for Republicans to use against them in the future.
Lousy freeper troll. I doubt Fittosurvive has long for the DUmp.

If you recall, it was the dUmp who were screeching for the democrat party to go nuclear when the were in control with Bela Pelosi at the helm. They didn't have the balls. They were to busy fighting with each other. It's what happens with 99 chiefs and one indian.
When the Republicans show they got a pair and do what the DUmp demanded that their leadership do, they go ape shit.

They did enough when they had the majority for me to never...EVER want them to have the biggest piece of the pie ever again. I want Walker to pull out all the stops to keep these 14 jerks in the state. Whatever the cost.

Arrest, handcuffed to their desk with a properly installed ball gag would work.

Can someone remind me again just who picked up and high tailed it out of the state, leaving millions of their constituents unrepresented?

Who cares? If they weren't a bunch of DUmbasses they would not have elected democrats in the first place.

8. It was the only option available. Walker and his cohorts want to railroad the state
into the 18th century. The Democrats took the only course available to derail the train. It is not the Democrats who disrespected the process. Not by any stretch.
So by your logic, when the Democrat party wins elections overwhelmingly, it is the will of the people and Republicans should suck it up and accept whatever laws the Democrat passes. Any disagreement by Republicans, and it is a temper tantrum.
When the Democrat party loses elections, your solution is to take your ball and run away.
You DUmmies can't have it both ways.

As long as we have the majority, they can't **** anythin' up, and we look like we're bein' "fair"!
Otherwise, GITMO and water boardin' comes to mind. They've ****ed things up long enough! Time to pay the piper! Course all they would do is fill it full 'o weed and ask for a light!
